Terms and Conditions of Sale – Ethicor

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of training services offered by Ethicor via the ethicor.org website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

4. Services offered

Ethicor offers three-hour interactive online training courses led by a facilitator. Each training course includes theoretical input, practical application (case studies, small group work) and a question and answer session.

5. Price

The unit price for a training course is €600 including VAT for three hours. Ethicor may change its prices. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

6. Ordering procedure

The customer selects a training course and a slot in the online calendar. The booking becomes firm after the confirmation email and the secure payment process has been initiated. The customer receives a summary by email.

7. Payment

Payment is made at the time of booking confirmation. The only accepted method of payment is by credit card. In the absence of payment, access to the training course will be suspended.

8. Cancellation and postponement conditions

• Cancellation by the customer: full refund if written cancellation is received at least 7 days before the session. No refunds will be given after this period.
• Cancellation or postponement by Ethicor: in the event of unavailability or technical problems, Ethicor will offer a postponement or a full refund, at the customer’s discretion.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. Dated and confirmed training courses are therefore not eligible for withdrawal.

10. Liability

Ethicor takes reasonable measures to ensure the quality of its training courses. Ethicor is not liable for interruptions related to participants’ networks, equipment or software, nor for the consequences of using the knowledge acquired.

11. Intellectual property

The content provided or presented (materials, case studies, methods) remains the property of Ethicor or its authors. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse without written authorisation is prohibited.

12. Personal data

Ethicor processes the data necessary for order management in accordance with its privacy policy. Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting contact@ethicor.org.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law In the event of a dispute, the courts of Annecy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
