Context
Following an incident that affected its reputation and its relationship with several donors, the organization sought to strengthen its prevention mechanisms and staff capacities.
Ethicor was mandated to train staff in crisis management and support the restoration of internal trust.
Activities Conducted
- Training of five managers in crisis management, including the detection of weak signals, the analysis of institutional failures, and the coherence between effectiveness and accountability.
- Deployment of Ethicor support services to accompany staff and open spaces for dialogue, address loss of trust, and rebuild shared ethical benchmarks.
Results
The intervention strengthened the organization’s capacity to recognize, analyze, and manage crises responsibly.
Participants adopted a more reflective and collective approach to governance, transforming the crisis experience into a lever for learning and cohesion.
