FAQ – supporting sensitive integrity situations

These are crises or deadlocks related to abuse, conflicts of interest, harassment or ethical breaches. These situations undermine trust, disrupt teams and can jeopardise the organisation’s reputation.

We carry out a rapid diagnosis and then work with the teams to develop a process of listening, mediation and collective reflection, complemented by leadership coaching. The support programme lasts five days (flexible duration, to be discussed), takes place in person, and has no prerequisites.

In less than 90 days, the organisation will have applicable measures in place, validated with the teams. The results observed include clearer communication, a calmer working environment and better understanding of internal procedures.

To management, HR, compliance and finance departments, as well as operational teams facing obstacles or a loss of confidence. The approach is suitable for public and private organisations and NGOs.

Our approach is based on the ethics of care, which pays particular attention to those most vulnerable to abuse and discrimination, including women and minorities. Our workshops integrate gender issues and create safe spaces where everyone can express themselves.

The assessment takes approximately two weeks. The action plan is rolled out over 90 days, with follow-up available to support the consolidation of results.
