ABOUT US

Our Business

Ethicor supports organisations in managing integrity dilemmas and building a culture of trust and accountability.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Strengthening Integrity defenses

We assist teams in navigating unforeseen pressures and events.

Inspired by the ethics of care, we help organizations build integrity systems adapted to the realities, needs, and capacities of each individual.

Our support enables us to listen, alleviate concerns, and foster a climate of trust.

Our Approach

Most integrity systems focus solely on compliance, i.e. implementing rules, procedures and controls to prevent risks. These mechanisms are often perceived as restrictive and disconnected from the realities experienced by teams.

Our approach emphasises listening, paying attention to people and understanding the contexts in which integrity issues arise. This means recognising organisational vulnerabilities, preventing and managing trauma related to integrity crises, and rebuilding trust.

Integrity management training in the public sector

Capacity building for 80 civil servants during a 2-day seminar in Ecuador.

Mission and Outcome

As part of a workshop organized by GIZ and U4, we strengthened the capacities of integrity officers within approximately 40 organizations (ministries, banks, etc.).

Through role-playing, simulations, case studies, and presentations, participants benefited from a stimulating environment for innovation and reflection.

At the end of the seminar, they rated the training’s relevance to their work at 4.2 out of 5.
