Inclusive reporting system
The safe and inclusive reporting system puts safety, listening and recognition first. Participants develop the skills to make the reporting system more flexible and effective, so that everyone can express themselves with confidence and feel supported.

Designing integrity training programmes

How Ethicor supported a French company expanding internationally in the design of integrity training courses.
Client: French company, technical services sector (name confidential)
Period : 2025
Context: As part of its international development, the company wanted to strengthen the ethical skills of its teams working in high-risk environments. Management identified the need to train its compliance and international development managers to design awareness modules tailored to their future employees in the field.
Activities carried out
- Training of three internal managers in the design of integrity training courses, focusing on ethical decision-making, shared responsibility and dilemma management.
- Support for the co-design of an integrity module for staff deployed abroad, including contextualised case studies and scenarios inspired by real-life situations.
Results: Trained managers now have the skills they need to design and lead integrity sessions tailored to their teams. The module, co-developed with Ethicor, helps promote a culture of integrity, including in its new subsidiaries abroad.
