Training catalogue

Crisis Management 1: Strategic Perspectives

Designed for organizations facing crisis or change, the training helps transform these disruptive moments into levers for collective development. Participants leave with tools to anticipate risks, strengthen governance, and leverage crisis experience.

Inclusive reporting system

The safe and inclusive reporting system puts safety, listening and recognition first. Participants develop the skills to make the reporting system more flexible and effective, so that everyone can express themselves with confidence and feel supported.

Designing integrity training programmes

This training helps to design integrity modules that teach ethical decision-making, shared responsibility and managing ethical dilemmas. It reduces the risk of corruption, builds trust and supports a sustainable organisational culture.

Ethical Resilience Mechanisms

The training presents concrete mechanisms for supporting teams after a crisis: dialogue protocols, mediation tools and recognition approaches. Participants learn how to restore trust, re-establish a healthy working environment and consolidate a culture of lasting integrity.

Developing a culture of integrity

Based on a focus on people and relationships, the training presents concrete tools for building trust, fostering cooperation and preventing misconduct. Participants leave with tools, methods and indicators for establishing a culture of integrity within their organisation.

Online training in integrity management

In October 2025, 20 participants received online training on integrity management.

Mission and results

20 participants from civil society in West Africa took part in a training programme covering the development of a culture of integrity, the creation of inclusive reporting systems and the design of inclusive integrity training courses.

Through theoretical presentations, case studies and simulations, participants identified ideas and ways to improve their integrity systems.

At the end of the training, they gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 when assessing how useful the training was for their work.
