Crisis Management 1: Strategic Perspectives
Designed for organizations facing crisis or change, the training helps transform these disruptive moments into levers for collective development. Participants leave with tools to anticipate risks, strengthen governance, and leverage crisis experience.

Context
As part of its international development, the company sought to strengthen the ethical competencies of its teams working in high-risk contexts. Management identified the need to train its compliance and international development managers to design awareness modules tailored for their future field staff.
Activities Conducted
- Training of three internal managers in the design of integrity training courses, focusing on ethical decision-making, shared responsibility and dilemma management.
- Support for the co-design of an integrity module for staff deployed abroad, including contextualised case studies and scenarios inspired by real-life situations.
Results
The trained managers now possess the necessary skills to design and facilitate integrity sessions tailored to their teams. The module co-developed with Ethicor contributes to promoting a culture of integrity, including in its new foreign subsidiaries.
