DESIGNING INTEGRITY TRAINING PROGRAMS

Training: a Lever for Trust and Integrity
Training in integrity is not limited to compliance. It is a strategic lever to strengthen trust, prevent corruption, and embed a sustainable ethical culture.
This training highlights compliance, values-based, and ethics of care approaches in the design of ethical learning mechanisms.
It enables the design of training programs that stimulate moral judgment and create environments conducive to ethical decision-making.
Learning Objectives
This training is intended for professionals responsible for designing, facilitating, or evaluating integrity training programs within public, private, or multilateral organizations.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
• Analyze and understand the different pedagogical models applied to integrity (compliance, values-based approach, ethics of care).
• Adapt a training initiative to the specific objectives and needs of their organization.
• Integrate a gender and inclusion dimension into the design of training mechanisms, with the support of tools and diagnostic grids.
• Design a learning scenario rooted in professional practice, stimulating individual and collective ethical reflection.
• Measure the impact of training on ethical attitudes, skills, and behaviors, beyond mere participant satisfaction.
Requirements
• Target Audience: integrity managers, internal trainers, HR executives, compliance officers, governance consultants.
• Prerequisites: none
• Materials: PC | Smartphone
• Duration: 3 hours
• Accessibility: for all, see the ‘Training Accessibility’ sheet

The training is based on interactive teaching methods that combine:
• Structured conceptual contributions: models of moral development (Kohlberg), ethics of care (Tronto, Gilligan), and principles of experiential learning.
• Case studies: comparisons of different training programs and their evaluation systems.
