Context
Following an internal survey on the level of trust in its anti-corruption system, the agency sought to strengthen its integrity framework. Ethicor was mandated to analyze the management of reports and propose a more coherent and accessible structure for staff.
Activities carried out
- Organizational diagnosis of the ethics unit and reporting management procedures. The analysis highlighted a need for more diversified and personalized reporting channels, as well as an increased demand for transparency in alert monitoring and their impact on governance.
- Support for structuring an integrity plan, including the creation of new internal reporting channels, training of referents in inclusive communication, and the definition of a staff information protocol on reports.
Results
The integrity plan was adopted by management. The agency is currently implementing this plan to make its alert system more inclusive and transparent, thereby strengthening staff trust.
