Integrity Management Training in the Public Sector
Capacity building for 80 civil servants during a 2-day seminar in Ecuador.
Mission and Outcome
As part of a workshop organized by GIZ and U4, we strengthened the capacities of integrity officers within approximately 40 organizations (ministries, banks, etc.).
Through role-playing, simulations, case studies, and presentations, participants benefited from a stimulating environment for innovation and reflection.
At the end of the seminar, they rated the training’s relevance to their work at 4.6 out of 5.
Designing integrity training programmes
Online training for 2,500 civil servants in Peru.
Mission and Outcome
The Presidency of Peru, in partnership with the National School of Public Administration, sought to strengthen the capacity of ministries in integrity training.
We provided a 1.5-hour online training course to 2,500 civil servants from across the country, through theoretical presentations and question-and-answer sessions.
At the end of the seminar, they rated the training’s relevance to their work at 4.3 out of 5.
Online Integrity Management Training
In October 2025, 20 participants received online training on integrity management.
Mission and Outcome
20 participants from civil society in West Africa took part in a training cycle covering the development of an integrity culture, the creation of inclusive reporting systems, and the design of inclusive integrity training programs.
Through theoretical presentations, case studies, and simulations, participants identified ideas and methods for improving their integrity system.
At the end of the training, they rated the usefulness of the training for their work at 4 out of 5.
